• Performing repairs on your devices
• Sending invoices and order confirmations
• Creating and managing your customer account

3. How long do we retain your data?

We do not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which they were collected:

• Customer data: as long as you have an active account, plus up to 2 years after last activity.
• Order and invoice data: 7 years (legal retention obligation for fiscal records).
• Repair data: 2 years after completion of the repair.
• Website data (IP, browser): maximum 6 months.

4. Do we share your data with third parties?

We only share your personal data with third parties when necessary for the execution of our services or to comply with legal obligations. We work with:

• Mollie B.V. — for processing online payments (iDEAL, Klarna, in3). Mollie is PCI DSS certified.
• Delivery services — for shipping orders (name, address, phone number).
• TransIP / Hosting provider — for email services and web hosting.
• Accountant / Tax authorities — when legally required.

We never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

We take the protection of your data seriously and implement appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorised access and unauthorised modifications:

• SSL/TLS encryption across our entire website
• Encrypted password storage (bcrypt)
• Payments run entirely through Mollie — we do not see or store payment details
• Secured server access with SSH keys and firewall
• Regular database backups

Our website uses technically necessary cookies for:

• Maintaining your shopping cart

We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes.
