Terms & Conditions

Article 1 — Definitions
- Telecom Gennep: the sole proprietorship located at Spoorstraat 117, 6591 GS Gennep, The Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as “seller”.
- Customer: any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with Telecom Gennep.
- Agreement: any arrangement or order between the customer and Telecom Gennep.
- Product: all goods that are the subject of the agreement, including phones, tablets, accessories and parts.
- Service: all work performed by Telecom Gennep, including phone and computer repairs.
- Webshop: the online store accessible via telecom-gennep.nl.
Article 2 — Applicability
- These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Telecom Gennep.
- By placing an order through the webshop or leaving a device for repair, the customer accepts these terms.
- Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 — Offers and prices
- All prices in the webshop are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Offers are valid while stocks last and can be changed at any time.
- Telecom Gennep is not bound by obvious errors or mistakes in pricing.
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed before the order is finalised.
Article 4 — Orders and payment
- An order is established once the customer completes the ordering process and payment has been received.
- Payment is possible via iDEAL, Klarna, in3 or upon collection at our store.
- Online payments are processed through Mollie, a certified payment service provider.
- When paying via Klarna or in3, the additional terms of the respective payment service apply.
- Telecom Gennep retains ownership of delivered products until full payment has been received.
Article 5 — Delivery and collection
- Products can be collected from the store or shipped to the specified address.
- Delivery times are indicative. Exceeding the delivery time does not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless the delay is unreasonably long.
- For in-store collection, the customer will be notified when the order is ready.
- The risk of damage and/or loss of products passes to the customer upon delivery.
Article 6 — Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
- For online purchases, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason (cooling-off period).
- The product must be returned unused, complete and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product via the original payment method.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or specially ordered products.
Article 7 — Warranty
- New products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Telecom Gennep assists with warranty claims.
- Second-hand/refurbished products carry a minimum warranty of 6 months, unless otherwise agreed.
- Warranty is voided in cases of improper use, self-performed repairs, or damage from external causes (drops, water, etc.).
Article 8 — Repairs
- Before a repair, a price quote or cost estimate will be provided. Additional costs are only charged with the customer's consent.
- The customer must back up all data on the device. Telecom Gennep is not liable for data loss.
- Completed repairs carry a 3-month warranty on the replaced part and the work performed. Warranty does not apply to breakage or water damage.
- Devices not collected within 3 months after completion notice will be destroyed or become the property of Telecom Gennep.
- Without the original receipt or ticket number it is not possible to collect the device.
- Telecom Gennep cannot be held liable for other damage unrelated to the specified repair work.
- For non-repaired smartphones and/or tablets, Telecom Gennep charges diagnostic costs of € 15,-.
- By leaving the device for repair, the customer agrees to these repair terms and conditions.
Article 9 — Liability
- The liability of Telecom Gennep is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
- Telecom Gennep is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
- Telecom Gennep is not liable for damage caused by force majeure, including but not limited to supplier disruptions, internet problems or natural disasters.
Article 10 — Complaints
- Complaints about products or services should be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after discovery, via info@telecom-gennep.nl or by phone at 0485-820997.
- Telecom Gennep will respond to complaints within 14 days. If more time is needed, the customer will be informed.
Article 11 — Applicable law
- All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Limburg, The Netherlands.
